Savour the camaraderie over a cup of coffee, indulge in refreshments, and participate in light exercise sessions, surrounded by a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
In addition to our weekly gatherings, we're excited to invite you to our monthly coffee mornings at Marks Gate Community Hub, a time to share stories and laughter on the last Monday of each month. And for those with a passion for staying active, our bi-monthly Sustainable Sports events are designed exclusively for the elderly, providing an opportunity to engage in invigorating physical activities while nurturing a sense of community.

SUSTAINABLE SPORTS FOR ELDERLY WELL-BEING
We invite all seniors to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of elderly individuals in our community. Our project focuses on promoting physical well-being, social connections, and environmental sustainability. Join us at the convenient and accessible Marks Gate Open Space (Tantony Green park) for bi-monthly sessions that fit your schedule. With a duration of 15 months, our engaging and fun-filled activities offer sessions lasting approximately 2 hours to accommodate your comfort. As an added bonus, you'll also receive healthy snacks, refreshments, and small gifts to keep you motivated and excited
